Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order — no minimum.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing and carrier delays.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 days for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Order changes and address

If you need to change the shipping address or cancel your order, email us at hello@cleverburrow.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the address.

Duties and taxes

Any import duties or taxes that may apply are shown at checkout and included in the total you pay — there are no additional charges on delivery.

Lost, damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect or has not arrived within 30 business days of shipping, email us at hello@cleverburrow.com with your order number and we will make it right.
